A & D Contracting, LLC has more than 35 years of combined experience in the home improvement and masonry industries, with a team that is composed of skilled remodelers, stone masons, and a landscape contractor. We also have staff members who are knowledgeable in operating sanders, loaders, and our fleet of plow trucks. Our team can help you handle your commercial snow removal project as well as snow and ice management during the winter months.

Both Derek and Albert are locals in Waterford where they are currently working and residing with their respective families. All of their kids are attending local schools, too. They have been involved in the community for more than 80 years.

Derek has a background in carpentry and has been in the construction business for more than 20 years, working for other builders and construction companies since high school. Al, on the other hand, has a background in masonry. He specializes in custom stonework and excavation, and he has worked for several mason and landscape contractors.

In 2001, we had an opportunity to buy an existing landscape business. It started out as a side job while working for other contractors. Eventually, the business grew, and it quickly became a full-time operation. Our company took on a lot of landscape maintenance projects at first, but our love for constructing, creating, and building houses and establishments drew our attention to the whole spectrum of home improvement.

Our clients were always looking for a contractor that they can count on, which is why we saw the need to start focusing on the construction aspect. We began working on outdoor spaces: patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, porches, retaining walls, excavation, and drainage. Over time, our company grew to include all phases of remodeling projects, such as doors, windows, basements, baths, kitchens, siding, sheetrock, and more.

At present, we now have all of the equipment, trucks, workforce, and knowledge to handle any home improvement project, inside and out. We always do our best to keep ourselves updated on the latest trends and techniques so we can serve our clients better.
